  • Breathwork & Bodywork to Winter Wisely

    Friday, March 13

    6:30-8PM

    Yoga Mandali

    $50

As we welcome the season of spring, also known as the season of the inhale, embrace the fullness and bursting energy of the spring with breathwork, meditation, and gentle bodywork. This class will work to channel, embrace, and bring balance to these stubborn emotions (that we sometimes want to avoid or bottle up). Rather than resisting the flow of yang in and around us, we will practice welcoming the upward quality of spring with acupressure points, invigorating inhales, and supportive poses to allow your most flexible self in this season.

  • Community Acupuncture & Gentle Breathwork to Celebrate Spring

    Friday, April 4th

    7-8pm | $60

Come and celebrate Spring with community acupuncture and gentle breathwork.

The one hour will give space for the six recipients to receive and arrive in the new season of spring, the season of the inhale.

As the Nei Jing shares, "The three months of Spring, they denote breaking open the old to create the new."

The combination of the slow breathing techniques and acupuncture will focus on the themes of spring - expansion and flourishing to restore overall well-being. The acupuncture treatment will focus on the liver and gallbladder meridians, those associated with Spring in Chinese medicine, while the breathwork flow will include slow inhales followed by soft inhale holds and even meandering exhales to allow for the acupuncture to take.

Are you ready to flourish and thrive this Spring in a slow, mindful way? Let this hour help you and your body remember to relax this Spring. .

  • Forest Breathing

    Sunday, May 4 | 2:00 - 3:45 PM

Saratoga Spa State Park | Meet at Roosevelt II Building

Enjoy the complimentary combination of gentle breathwork and Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) for increased peace of mind and relaxation. As we move through the season of the inhale, spring, and our bodies bloom into the bright, full days, the afternoon will include healthful forest "bathing" in the Spa State Park bookended with inhale-inducing breath flows - hence forest breathing.

  • Yoga Mandali Pranayama & Meditation Class

    Fridays

    9:15 - 9:45am | Free

Begin your day with grounded, soft focus by connecting with your breath in community. In 30 minutes, we will explore gentle breathwork, breath awareness, and meditation. Come breathe, release, and restore.

"Sarah tailored her workshop to our work environment and addressed real scenarios of stress for our team members that we could practice grounding ourselves with the breath. It was very helpful for everyone to visualize, feel the stress of the moment and release through the breath."
