The passageway can be through the nose or the mouth. The texture chaotic or smooth, your choice.
The movement in the belly and in the chest.

Sarah Hutcherson, founder of Slo Breathworks, brings her sustainability expertise and hundreds of hours of training to help brilliant breathers remember their resilience — by holding space for them to notice, feel, and discern with breathwork.
After years of living with the debilitating effects of Long Covid and POTs, Sarah understands the challenges of reemerging into an expansive life when your body’s patterns are stress, fear, and pain. She combines training in functional breathwork, polyvagal theory, and a Sustainability Master's with her lived experience as a spoonie to help you breathe (not just respire).
