Breathe Consciously. Create Sustainably.

Every conscious breath you breathe holds the precious power to ignite your creativity and replenish your energy.
In a world that demands constant output and impact, anxiety often becomes the unwelcome companion of change-makers and doers. You already understand that true impact must weave together both planetary and personal wellbeing—yet in the rush to lead the change, your own nervous system becomes dysregulated.
Through breath breaks, evidence-based workshops, and season-centric walks, Slo Breathworks guides you and your group to slow down and consciously breathe, to strengthen your emotional resilience. Learn practical techniques that will create space to breathe in your busy schedule, allowing you to return to your work with renewed clarity and purpose.

"Sarah tailored her workshop to our work environment and addressed real scenarios of stress for our team members that we could practice grounding ourselves with the breath. It was very helpful for everyone to visualize, feel the stress of the moment and release through the breath."
