Sarah Hutcherson, founder of Slo Breathworks, brings her sustainability expertise and hundreds of hours of training to help brilliant breathers living with anxious minds and sensitive systems live — by holding space for them to notice, feel, and discern with conscious breathwork.
After years of living with the debilitating effects of Long Covid, hypermobility, and anxiety, Sarah understands the challenges of reemerging into a full, expansive life when your body’s patterns are stress, fear, and pain. She combines training in functional breathwork, polyvagal theory, and a Sustainability Master's with her lived experience as a spoonie to help you breathe (not just respire).
