A breath@workshop is designed for teams to experience how even just an hour of conscious breaths can build the foundation for resilience, creativity, and capacity in the workplace.
Is your team stressed, putting out fires, and overwhelmed?
An hour of instruction, gentle breathwork, and play can help your team remember how to trust and collaborate with one another.
Each workshop is a mix of practice, lecture, and discussion where we dive into the science and physiology of breathing in a fun, approachable manner.
