I decided to begin facilitating slow and steady mindful breathing sessions after Covid brought my body to a standstill in 2020 and not-so-gently nudged me to get real about the beliefs and unexpressed emotions that were holding me back.

Slowing down to breathe for about ten to twenty minutes per day not only supported my nervous system during disability, chronic illness, and divorce but expanded my capacity to step into a life where I am fully alive and free to be me.

I believe a slow, mindful breathing practice can elicit that for you and be the bridge to rewrite your individual stories on the nervous system level, so you can show up wholly as yourself, able to take a slow deep breath, no matter what is coming your way.
