A breath break is 30 minutes of slow, conscious breaths to help jumpstart your event or wind it down with intentionality.

You choose the desired state, Slo Breathworks curates a flow to get them there.

Breathing techniques enhance emotional control, psychological well-being, and enhanced attention in the workplace.

 

Slow breathing significantly improves self-reported stress, anxiety, and depression whether or not the breathwork training is delivered virtually or in-person.

 

Each breath break provides participants with space to master a breathing technique through practice to promote homeostasis in their individual bodies and restoration in the collective’s.
