The Breathing The Seasons 1:1 Container is all about arriving into the truth of this season — not yearning for the crunch of leaves from the autumns of the past or the euphoria of the late summer nights just around the corner. The five sessions are structured to navigate the beautiful terrain of the here-and-now through slow, gentle breathwork.

Sometimes the truth, which can look like the 3:30 am toss-and-turns or hitting send on that email that’s been drifiting in drafts for ions, are inviting you into your next shedding to continue the chronic transformation.

Meet your next calling with a regulated regimen rooted in the most human thing you can do — consciously and mindfully breathe.

You already have the soft strength, grounded inner voice and resounding resilience to make endless lemonade out of those lemons. It would be a joy to support, facilitate, and teach you how to use the seasons of your breath to allow for and integrate what is already stirring inside of you.

If you want to a schedule an independent 1:1, you can do so here.

  • Five Sessions on Zoom or In-Person over six weeks (First session is 90 minutes long, remaining are 60 minutes)

  • Private landing page with audio recordings of breathing techniques practiced, worksheets, and integration ideas

  • Accountability and consistency checks (all from a place of compassion and love) via Google Calendar, Marco Polo, text, phone, or email. We decide on the frequency that honors where you are at right now.

  • Six week commitment to allow for your conscious breathing practice to root and flourish*

  • Plus whatever else emerges

    *It takes time for the effects of gentle breathwork to arise within the body and nervous system, such as lower blood pressure, slower heart rate, reduced cortisol, and emotional regulation.

My Pricing Why

It is important to me to offer tiered pricing for Slo Breathworks individual 1:1s, since our systems do not serve everyone equally. Since access to money varies due to these unequal systems, this is my effort to reimagine conscious breathing within the much larger ecosystem. At the same time, I want to provide my services that nourish me so this is where I’ve landed, for now.

PS. When I first saw this model, I felt a lot of emotions from my conditioning, how much I tied my identity to hard work, and facing my privilege. Whatever emotions are you witnessing, feel and notice them because those strong emotions are your inner voice making noise amidst the cobwebs of numbing. An emotion is 90 seconds long, which is equivalent to 15 inhales and exhales of the coherent breath. Please reach out with any questions.
