Love Your 3 Breath Zones

Your body chooses to breathe based on its perception of what is needed for your internal ecosystem to thrive, and its assessment of how safe your external ecosystem is.
Learning about the three respiratory zones and how they interact with the external and internal worlds was a gamechanger for me as I navigated Long Covid, POTS, and my anxiety of becoming more of me.
My goal for you is after this workshop, you will have more awareness of these zones so you can feel how a slow, smooth breath can be a catalyst for becoming more of you, which is what this world so needs.
There will be a bit of lecture and lots of slow breathing practice to get to know your three breath zones (and remember how breathgiving you are).
